This beginning level class for girls and boys teaches all Olympic events plus trampoline and basic tumbling. The program focuses on basic gymnastics, flexibility, strength, and body control. Each week offers a new and exciting challenge in a fun and organized setting with multiple stations and our engaging coaching staff. Over the course of the semester, your star will build confidence, strength, and follow purposeful progressions as they are introduced to the fundamentals of gymnastics. Comparable to USAG Level 1.
Dress Code Girls: All female gymnasts should wear the class leotard appropriate for their class level, no baggy shorts or pants will be permitted. Hair must be pulled back out of the gymnasts face.
Dress Code Boys: All male gymnasts should wear the class short appropriate for their class level tucked in to athletic shorts or sweat pants, no jeans.
